The staff was welcoming, the hotel had a Western feel, good pasta in the restaurant, attentive English-speaking staff, spacious room with UK power sockets, warm room in cold weather.

Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Friendly staff who spoke some English. Key location close to where we needed to be. Gym open 24 hours made it easy to maintain my exercise routine.
Some of the rooms were quite old and renovations were occurring during our stay. The noise from the renovations made it difficult to rest during the day.

Luxurious and Exclusive Amenities Having recently stayed at this hotel, I was impressed with the luxurious and exclusive amenities that were provided. the Spa & wellness centre was a particular highlight, offering a range of treatments and a relaxing atmosphere. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were also great features, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. the room advantages were amazing, with comfortable beds, quality linens and stylish decor. the private facilities provided ensured a peaceful and exclusive setting.
the snack bar was not fully stocked and provided limited options for snacks.

Spent Easter weekend in a fantastic hotel. the room was spacious and clean. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the location was perfect, walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. the fitness center and pool were open and well-maintained. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
The renovation work in some areas of the hotel was a bit noisy during the day, but since we were out exploring most of the time, it didn't bother us too much. the cafe staff was not very welcoming, but that didn't matter since there were plenty of other great food options nearby.

It is situated in a newer area, close to the highway entrance and offers a good view. the hotel facilities are also well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped gym.
The service and quality of the hotel need to be improved upon, as there have been complaints about broken amenities, unclean rooms, and poor English communication with the staff.

The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, being only a short walk from the metro station and in the city center near many excellent restaurants. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming.
